This is my third time engaging their services. Different services each time. The very first was collection and delivery of clothing for dry clean (men suits), and it was prompt and easy. The second and third engagements, which are recent, is for removal and installation of curtains and mattress (foam) cleaning. Their charges are similar to many other service providers out there, having done some looking around before deciding to try Cotton Care. But not all always offer delivery and collection for laundry/dry clean, or different conditions apply. So what made me chose them during the first engagement was because they offer priority (express) service for dry clean for a fee, of course, which isn't often commonly available. So what I like about them is the hassle-free process (e.g. straightforward) and responsive customer service, besides turning up within the communicated timing. They also often do some light assessment before proceeding with the task or service. For example, checking for stains/marks and pre-existing damages and are upfront about what they can do about it (or if they can't dry clean given its current state). All of their teams are courteous and friendly too. One particular drawback or point to note is, they have a very diverse team of customer service. So you could be contacted by more than 1 person for a single engagement or different types of service to be provided -- which is a bit more expected. For example, each new query raised on a separate day could be attended by a different person. So a tip is to always direct your queries to the main contact number, then hang tight for a CS to reach out instead of contacting the previous CS who had gotten in touch.

A delight to deal with, Cotton Care collected and dry cleaned our condo curtains before we moved out. Very professional, extremely cost effective and all completed well within the quoted time. Thoroughly recommend them to any condo tenant! Thanks Cotton Care!❀️

Collected my tiny 3 soft toys on 24 Mar. Nobody sent me invoice after 4 days or ask me for payments, so I went ahead to ask them invoice me for payment. Paid on 30 Mar in full, yet nobody tells me when I’m going to receive my things. So after relentlessly checking with them, they said it will be delivered on 31 Mar. Waited till 2 Apr, no delivery and no notice at all! Edited: Finally received it on 3 Apr, although their delivery service is hopeless, the cleaning is superb. My toys are squeaky clean. Love their cleaning

I like to share the very bad experiences with Cotton Care. Items sent to them very often come back with chemical stains on it and had to be sent back for re-wash. These include cushion covers and dresses where they were returned with black or yellow stains on them. The most recent bad and worst experience with them was when they lost the button of an expensive dress. When it was returned with one button missing, I called Cotton Care immediately to inform them. They then came back claiming that the dress was already without the button upon collection. I disputed that as I challenged them that if the dress was collected with the button missing, why wouldn't they inform the customer when they examine the dress after collection? They were not able to answer this question but just putting the blame to the customer. I asked to speak to the person in charge of my account and the response given to me was that they are NOT ALLOWED TO REVEAL the name of person in charge. This is the most ridiculous response. When I pushed that they should look for the missing button and get the person in charge of my account to call me about the lost button, the text message I received to my alarm was the following : '..... as per advised by our production side we will no longer collect items from you and this last batch will be the last collection and we will not replace the button.' I contacted them several times since 29 Apr to have someone call me about my missing button but no one bothered to respond or contact the customer even after close to a month. This is the level of bad service and attitude you will get from Cotton Care. Do not use them!

Dry cleaned a gown, veil, and blazer. Prices included free pick-up and delivery. Happy with the overall service and would definitely recommend to others. (The only thing slightly less than satisfactory was that during the initial quotation, I needed to follow up with the conversation when it wasn't continued the following day, after the agent ended work. Just a little hiccup, but apart from that it was great)

Very professional. Appreciate the staff and all they have done to keep the operation well running even through this pandemic. Customer Service very prompt to reply. Our laundry was picked up as scheduled and were delivered as promised on time. The folding was impressive and our laundry smelt fantastic. I even had a billing issue and they fixed it immediately. Highly recommended!

I went for curtain cleaning twice (in 2020 and 2022). Great service overall and good packaging. Really good and attentive customer service. On the first time, the experience was really good. Reasonable rates and good quality cleaning. On the second time, the experience was mixed. The rates felt really on a higher side this time for whatsoever reasons for a similar set of curtains, although the staff explained that these were different type of curtains, but they didn't feel so to me. After collecting the curtains, I saw the blackout curtains had some stains at the bottom. When I notified them about the issue, they mentioned stained cannot be completely removed from the blackout curtains. While this may sound reasonable, I would expect them to mention this beforehand on submitting the curtains. I had to chase the customer service personnel four times to get my partial refund with regards to this issue.
