Got our ideal chow chow puppy from Cotton Pups Singapore. Jamie is very helpful, and we can tell she is really responsible and she truly cares about all puppies. It takes around one month to source the puppy for us, after confirmation, we also get regular updates (photos&video) of the puppy. Our blue Chow chow Sami arrived in Sg when he was 3month+, he has already been potty trained by that time. We are very satisfied and will recommend this pet shop to anyone who wanna source a puppy. Here are some pictures of Kuro, my amazing pedigree-certified beauty! I enquired about a schnauzer a few weeks back as I always wanted one. Even though they do not have one in store back then, Lijue, the owner of Cotton Pups, was very efficient! Within the day of the inquiry, she sent me pictures and videos of a schnauzer, specially curated for me! I wanted a Black and Silver Schnauzer and this breed of schnauzer is relatively harder to find, but of cause, Cotton Pups delivered! When some of the pictures came in, it was love at first sight and I immediately wanted Kuro! She came specifically from the UK and reached my arms in less than a week! Lijue and Joel were even explaining to me how her mom actually won an award! Gosh, such a beauty! I had one of the best experiences purchasing a dog from Cotton Pups because they were very detailed in how to handle and care for a puppy! They explained in detail starting from the dietary needs to the toys Kuro should be getting as she would be teething at 3 months old to even the smallest of details such as how to train your puppy to be pee pad trained! They made it all seem so effortless! A complimentary vet check-up was also included and their pricing is very competitive! 10 out of 10 would recommend Cotton Pups if you are looking to get a puppy! Looking forward to a happy happy future with a new addition to my family! :D

Wonderful experience here especially when Jamie was so patient with us pre & post sale of our puppy. She was never once pushy and was always happy to clarify any doubts. Even after bringing him home, she's always responsive to any questions we have. Highly recommended!!

My wife and I were looking to get a puppy after we move to our new place. We shortlisted Cotton Pups because of their "Sourcing" services as we were specific with the breed and look for the pup we wanted. Jamie was extremely patient throughout the sourcing process even though we took almost 3-4 months to decide on the pup. The entire process was fuss free and we received constant updates from when the pup was still at the breeder (in the UK) all the way she arrived in Singapore. Since the puppy we got had only 2 vacs done in the UK, the 3rd one was done locally and everything was arranged by Jamie. All I had to do was to bring the pup to the vet located in AMK. Overall we are extremely pleased with the whole process and highly recommend Cotton Pups to anybody looking for their furever companion!
