β β β β β Extremely poor service & attitude by the delivery man - SUPER rude and unfriendly. Accused me of lying to him about the weight of my package and then stormed off without collecting the package. Wow, just wow. I encourage everyone NOT to use their service.

β β β β β Horrendous service. Apparently tardiness is the norm. A guaranteed 2hr service took more than 3. Instructions on the consignment note were ignored. They have no qualms lying to me to buy time. Don't waste time with them. There are many other couriers out there.

β β β β β They collected my parcel on the wrong date and they told me that it does not matter since it was already collected. the customer service is impatient and very impolite. They do not even deserve one star.I would recommend you to use other courier service but not from them!

β β β β β Very pleased with the experience that I have received with this company. I was slightly skeptical at first due to the reviews that were given by previous users. However, I decided to give them a shot and was pleasantly surprised. I called for an hour service and the customer service representative who took my order was helpful and patient when I asked for the pricing. My order was delivered before the 1 hour mark and I was given a call by the dispatch rider when my order was delivered (as requested by me). Will definitely use them again.

β β β β β They are fast and responsive, within mins will respond to my email and request. Courier are efficient and fast. My company have been using them for many years , frankly there is no 100% perfect but to me, they are reliable team. If they canβt make it , they will call to arrange for a better solution. Hopefully courier are given a set of good quality raincoat as our weather are bad at times. Thanks team for the great service!
