Speaking only from my experience with my FC. Ren Zhi was never pushy about his products and after engaging him as my FC, I am able to trust him more as I see how sincere he is and only recommending products that I actually need. He would also honestly tell me if it is not suitable for me. He does not sell the product just to earn more, and for this, he earned my full trust. (You can ask him, I did not even tell him my full financial plan when I first met him, I took 2 years before I recently shared with him). I truly believe if someone so skeptical like me can now fully trust him, no one else will have any reason to doubt him. He is always there whenever I need help regarding insurance claims queries and even when I ask him to review my portfolio for me. He is someone who is trustworthy and sincere, and this one of the most, if not the most, important and crucial value that one looks out for in his/her FC.

I have been Coxperience - FC Liu Jialong for 2 decades and the experiences with him is uncomparable to others i got outside. Jialong has been the most responsive and the most ideal person to go to whenever me or my surrounding frds and relatives need any type of insurances. Thinking of getting insurance makes me fear esp when i always have encountered agents leaving their roles in a couple of years, not doing proper handover, no follow ups from agents after you signing with them, etc. I feel i am really well taken care of by Jialong since the day i started work, to purchase endowment savings to hospitalisation plans, life, investments, home, even for my parents and my dependents. Honestly, i even went to him for travel and pets insurance advices without knowing he does handle them or not. That is how much i relied and trusted him.

I feel very at ease and confident when my financial consultant, Rinna does financial planning for me. She is a great listener and puts the customer's needs before her own. ?

Christopher is friendly, knowledgeable and always willing to answer questions. He is very proactive as well. He will recommend a policy based on your needs, and is always willing to assist. Thank you!

I did my financial planning with my FC from CoX recently. My FC was patient to explain all the details to me so that I cam be assured of the plans I am getting. No hard selling and always giving advise on what plan suits me. He always keep me updated on what is changing or what is new. Feels safe that I am well insured without bursting my budget.

Anyone with Jialong as the FC is lucky. He is sincere and treats all clients, big or small, with the same service level. There is also the sense of security knowing that, when in doubt, or when assistance is needed, he is ready to help. Not to mention he also has behind him great knowledge and experience in his line of work.

There are some agents who are very pushy and only recommends you things for their benefit. Obviously nobody likes that and only talking to Jade will I know if the plan is trustable or if I should buy it Jade has always been patient with me throughout the years. She recommends products that I need and is always there to advice if a certain product is right for me if there’s something that have a better coverage. She doesn’t recommend me more than I need and that’s really what I need from an agent.
