★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's very comfortable and relaxed in here as the waiting area is cozy, office not shady at all, staffs from reception to loan officer Mr Tom are friendly and responsive. I only came down for the 2nd time to solve some extra expenses but was impressive again by the standard of the service they have.
