The worst online buying experience, from Australia, multiple credit cards declined after discussing with our bank, there were no issues with our cards, but they could see issues with Creative's payment portal. Phoned Creative in Singapore, customer service seemed to have scripts they stuck to, they did nothing but blame everyone else, and repeated bad information, spent a total of 1 hour on the phone with no solution. Lucky your products are good, staff might need better training

Worse product servicing experience. My sxfi air's headband is flaking. Looking for a change. 1. On e creative website, the customer service enquiry nv got back to me after 2 attempts in a space of 3 months. 2. Tried google map and ask questions.. no reply. 3. Calling c.service, just brings me round and round to no avail. 4. Last resort, comes to cust Care centre, was informed tt im on my own, they cant "care" for my headphone, asked me to go lazada n buy something to cover it up. Though I had a little problem getting there( there are 2 companies named creative at the building), all my frustration melted away when I got there. After explaining the issue I had with the earpiece and them testing the earpiece, they were very understanding and was able to replace it quickly. I was pleasantly surprised that they were able to solve the issue in just 10 mins! The customer service is superb.

Staff was courteous. I wanted to test the quality of Pebbles V3 on display but it was not working. Do not drive to the location. Parking charges are very high. I was there for less than 30 minutes.

Guy servicing me was friendly and knowledgeable. But I’m disappointed with the company warranty policy. They Told me the product is no longer available, gave me something that cost 30% less in term of retail price. But it’s written in black and white they can do that. Can’t argue.

Went down to send in my faulty Bluetooth earphones. Customer service was very prompt and got a replacement set on the spot. Creative has just won over another happy customer!

Well, i happened to go for rma for my outlier v3 and im not disappointed with the after sales, one of the best. Though it took me sometime to find area E. Lol
