β β β β β Though it may seem that Creative is a large and diversified company, it still offers great food and drinks at each of its restaurants. Barossa's holds many great memories for me. The atmosphere for drinks and chats is always great and I look forward to going back (maybe this weekend again)!

β β β β β Anita was really kind and helpful waiter that served us whole heartedly providing a fruitful and wholesome dining experience at typhoon Taiwanese cafe in Plaza Sing. Really had a wonderful meal and would definitely recommend. Thank you for the great service.

β β β β β Extremely poor marketing and customer service. Non-Responsive. When customer face problems, there is no solution or response for more than 3 weeks. Very unprofessional. Not recommended.

β β β β β Now at their newly open typhoon cafe at i12 katong.
Extremely poor service. Rude lady manager. Arrive at 1145am or so. Told by her in a rude manner to wait n wait at the entrance, despite there is only 1 or 2 table if customer.
Food order at 1221pm but only served after 30min, when there is only 2 or so tables if customers. During the wait, no apology or explanation given. A big size staff even siam and dare not close to table even when I have caught his attention.
Food quality is bad too. For taiwanese restaurant, even the most classic pearl milk tea can't get it right. Pearl is hard and not full cooked.
Lousy.

Despite the COVID-19 pandemic that resulted in ever-changing situations, the team has always delivered the best of service to my clients. The team are very professional, responsive and always ensure that our event ran smoothly.

β β β β β Iβm writing in to compliment on the service and attitude of the manager Mr Alan Lim at Suki-ya Marina Square. We came early & he allowed us to enter the store first to wait. He is always serving us with a smile on his face despite being busy with the crowd & being the only staff on duty. The dip sauce he create for us is fantastic. We will definitely come back again to support.

Service Team from the inception stage to the delivery was very commendable. Food came warm and most importantly, delicious!
