โ โ โ โ โ This building is now owned by A-reit and Creative only occupies a few floors accessible via Lobby C lifts. The food court on 7th floor has shifted to 1st floor next to the childcare center. It has more food varieties now and easily accessible. Good moves by the new landlord, the building is more professionally managed now.

โ โ โ โ โ Impeccable service. Had some issues with my outlier air and went to the Creative Care Centre. Spent less than 5 mins at the customer care centre for a 1 to 1 exchange.

โ โ โ โ โ Went there for lunch at Billion food court which is crowded during weekdays. This building houses the creative technology, one of the pride of local industry. Furthermore, there is a childcare centre offering services for working parents around the area.

โ โ โ โ โ The worst online buying experience, from Australia, multiple credit cards declined after discussing with our bank, there were no issues with our cards, but they could see issues with Creative's payment portal. Phoned Creative in Singapore, customer service seemed to have scripts they stuck to, they did nothing but blame everyone else, and repeated bad information, spent a total of 1 hour on the phone with no solution. Lucky your products are good, staff might need better training

โ โ โ โ โ Several food stalls at their canteen, no need to worry about going hungry. The bittergourd soup stall sells delicious soup. Definitely have to try this if you are here.

โ โ โ โ โ There is an open space that is very quiet and spacious. A great place to relax and think. There is a foodcourt right beside which sells food which is nice and at a slightly lower price than the places around in the Jurong east area. :) I especially like the salad which unfortunately I at almost all of it before I decided to do this post ?

โ โ โ โ โ General location easy to find but specific location can be confusing especially as the building has VERY POOR internal signage. I had to call them to get verbal instructions on how to get there. The staff are patient, polite & helpful. A small cozy office.
