Credence Employment

Was introduced to my current agent Constance by a colleague of mine as I was having some issues with my previous maid agency. Due to my horrible experience with the other agency, I was sceptical when it comes to Credence Employment. Firstly this is a relatively new company and does not have an office. There were no reviews online as well. However Constance has been very helpful and patient with my every request. She understands my concerns and tries her very best to address them. She and her management does strict interviews of the helpers first before introducing their profiles to me. I have requested for pictures of cooking and proof of their trainings at the respective homebase training centre of the helpers. Please understand I needed this as my previous helper who was a transfer with experience was not to expectation as stated in her bio data (which I will not further elaborate) Some may think that this should be expected from her to help me as this is her job. Trust me I have been to many agencies and I can honestly tell you the amount of patience and understanding Constance has shown me cannot be compared to any others (even those coming from a 4.8 stars established agency) Thank you Constance and I look forward to my new helper.

A highly recommended maid agency who has great service. They did not just send me a load of biodatas that do fit my criteria. Doreen called to find out more and took note of my criteria for the helper. Even though their operating office is at central area, they make it a point to handover the helpers at the employer's house. DEFINITELY not some dodgy agency who are just out to make quick bucks. And after the helper has been sent over to me, they sent frequent messages and follow ups to make sure everything is ok. Unlike other agencies which I've engaged before, they basically just handover the helper to us and thats it. They do not contact u anymore ever. Thank you Doreen and team for the prompt response, for the help rendered and even taking the extra miles at times to help out.

The customer service provided was impeccable. Prompt follow-ups and unlike other agencies that were solely interested in closing deals and hands-off, Constance and Doreen ensured that I am satisfied with the helper I have chosen.
