★ ★ ★ ★ ★ very vague , IS A SCAM claim that there will be no upfront payment , once applied , the staff will tell you that u actually need to make an upfront payment ,saying something like can get a rebate , need to do upfront payment because need to open an account , no UEN to do transaction , checked with other licence money lenders they say no such practice
