We have moved internationally over 7 times in the last 20 years, and have experienced the worst service with Crown. Incredibly unprofessional and unresponsive service. After an initial quotation over email , with multiple chasers email for the 1st quotation, no one bothered to come and survey. They overcharged by over 50% (vs another moving company who came to do the actual survey) after the day of our move. By then, since they had already packed all our personal belongings, we had no choice but to proceed. Our shipment from HK to Singapore, was terribly packed and disorganised . For example, the box of shoes, were so loosely packed that the boxes were half filled with paper; kitchen items were packed with toys from another bedroom, important items like Remote controls were not unpacked carefully, to ensure that these are handed over to me so that they will not be misplaced. The Singapore team also used child labour with 2 of the packers being only 16 years old. While it is not illegal, but if they were going to charge such high prices, they should at least use well trained and experienced staff. In addition, they damaged our Ligne Roset furniture where we had paid additional for care packaging, and stole 6 pairs of my Louis Vuitton shoes, lost my Dyson remote control. We have filed an insurance claim, and after 5 weeks still no respond from the office. Worst service ever, DO NOT USE THEM! service movers ever, DO NOT USE THEM!

Unbelievable. I reached out to Crown Relocations in early May, stating the full details of my move. They only dispatched a representative three weeks LATER to survey the volume of our move. After which, their Sales Rep promised to send over a quotation (which never happened) and I had to chase twice before receiving a call from their Sales Rep to: 1. find out that they are overbooked 2. make us lock in a promise to move with them before they give me a quote (doesn't it sound like they've not even drawn up a quote yet, and is doing so at the last minute)? Finally, they conveniently pushed us away by attributing the blame to the Operations Team, which I found completely ridiculous. It is apparent that your Customer Service and Sales Team are just not proactive enough. Based on relocation trends, you would have been able to forecast that June was going to be a really "busy" period. Then why even make the trip to our's in the first place? They have stalled us in the entire relocation process. Remarkable job, Crown. I don't think anyone's going to do it better than you did.

NEVER AGAIN!!! THEY STOLE OUR BANG AND OLUFSEN SPEAKERS!! The speakers were enclosed in two boxes. When we got to our destination and opened the double packed box, they put some of our things inside it to give it weight. We were so shocked. Reading past reviews, they target HIGH VALUE ITEMS!!!

We had a moving booked (all papers signed + dates confirmed by the Crown team in Singapore) and we received an email 2 weeks before the move informing us they won’t be able to fulfill their commitments before 4 weeks... Without mentioning, the multiple scamming attempts in terms of budget. I have been impressed by Crown Relocation in NYC. Your team in Singapore is a disgrace. To all people looking for a move, do a favor to your wallet and emotions. Skip crown at all costs.

Wonderful team from start to finish. Handled our items with great care. Crew were very friendly and honest.. pointed out our valuables during our move and advised us to keep with us as we overlooked it as it was stashed in a drawers. Really gave us a great pieces of mind. Our second move with them. Slightly pricey but WORTH EVERY CENT!

We are moving from SG to TW and had a few quotation. Crown is reputable company and some of my friends recommended also. and their quote was quite competitive. so we have decided to go with them. However, even we are moving from Singapore the SG office doesn't do anything but only their team in Philippine organises the move. Their communication was a bit of chaos, and in my surprise, one day i have received an email from one guy in PH confirming our packing date and the dates are wrong. We are flying out on 28th but the packing date was 29th???? Then i found out the miscommunication and they over booked in that period. instead of finding solutions, they just simply sent email saying sorry they are over booked and couldn't do the dates. this email came v last min. I reached out Singapore office and as you all guessed, they don't do anything. Lucky we found another mover quick. Be careful with the mover if you go with them. confirm early by email. do not use whatsapp msg(which they recommended and i followed their instruction). the company is trying to save money to have a team in PH. but it is not smooth.

The packers in Singapore and the team in the UK are friendly and professional. On the other hand, the SG/PH person placed in charge of our move between London and Singapore, however, has proved extremely unresponsive and irresponsible. Emails go unanswered for weeks, and promises to show us the delivery schedules go completely unfulfilled. What a shame given that my company is a regular and significant client of Crown. Will be discouraging future usage by my company of this company's services.

Moved from HK to Singapore recently. HK’s team were very professional, good service and you can see them handling our belongings with care. After unboxing in Singapore, we’ve discovered broken bowls and vases. They looked like they were shattered when movers probably placed boxes without proper care despite the items were labeled as chinaware. We reported and asked for compensation but rejected by the claims team repeatedly as these items were not insured. I’m utterly appalled that after we paid a premium for the β€˜best’ and most expensive relocation services, they won’t take responsibilities for their mistakes. What’s most hurtful is some of these items have sentimental values. Very disappointing to know that that such a reputable company have such substandard service standard.
