β β β β β Great experience! Philip was really patient with me and took time to answer my queries about the self-sustaining eco-system.and their wondershrimps even though itβs near their closing time. Bought a beautifully decorated one of its kind rectangular tank with 8 wondershrimps. The shrimps have settled in their new home and are happily swimming around. Excellent seller, highly recommended. β β β β β Well decorated shrimp store. Owner is super friendly and accommodating. He doesnβt hard sell, is very knowledgeable and willing to share. would love to visit again βΊοΈ Good to visit for resupply of water, got a small pretty tank of 4 shrimp and a huge bottle of top up water for $90. Slightly pricey but worth it for how many years the shrimp can live, especially good for newbies who want to start this as a hassle-free hobby.

β β β β β Went down to top up some shrimps and get some snails. Waited in line till my turn but owners rather entertain walk in customers who arrived after me who were keen on getting a set-up instead. After 30 mins of waiting and getting ignored, I left for a local fish shop also in tampines and got my shrimps and snails there instead. FYI CRS Haven is selling fire Red shrimps at $3.50 while local fish shops are selling them about $1.50 which is over 50% cheaper.

β β β β β Knowing CRS haven was in this trade for years and decide to dropby and buy some shrimps. The owners were hostile when I first entered the shop after knowing that I didnβt first purchase βwonder shrimpsβ from them years back. I told them i wanted to buy some wonder shrimps and cherry shrimps to top up to my current tank and bottle and the uncle seem very unwilling to do my business. Eventually bought some shrimps from them since I was there
Price: at least double comparing to other reputable aquarium shops
Experience: itβs a pity I canβt rate them 0 stars
Definitely wonβt patronise them again

β β β β β Shop owners aren't really service oriented on the whole. I was asked who am I when I entered into the shop with my family - am I another customer on the queue entering the shop (ARE YOU WITH THEM?). They probably positioned their business on a tier where they are exclusive and high-end as I think they don't really need customers support :) Quite haolian

β β β β β I went in to get a few shrimps. Told him I am getting the red and white crystal shrimps. A guy came in to ask to get a whole set up. Then the owner totally ignored me and talked to the guy non stop. I asked if I can get the shrimp and he told me to come back another time. The prices are on the high side also. Very high side.

β β β β β well known for volcanic shrimp, dwarf shrimp, hawaii shrimp . a rather unique and worthit pet to keep with zero maintenance. owner is so experience they give friendly advices on how to better care for these shrimps. call before heading down to avoid disappointment. owners quite direct on the surface but they are actually quite helpful , guess they want to avoid fusst customers
