My family of 9, had made a Feb'22 cruise sail with Stamford travel in Sep'21 & Troy assisted us. However, in Feb, a few of the travelling members contacted Covid & have to be postponed, Troy were prompt to assist us in the rearrangement & address all of our concern, giving us a confident assurance that we will be able to go for the cruise trip at a later date.. then came Mar, the same scenario occured again (Contacted C+).
