Spacious clean and bright eating set-up. Food was prepared in simple style and tasted great esp the ribeye steak and lamb rack which were picked from the market deli. Prices on the high side.

Moist, fudgy, decadent! Love the market-diner concept here where u can order meat/cheese/charcuterie/oysters unprepared from the “grocer” and they cook/prepare/shuck (respectively) whatever u get and serve it to u at this really beautiful and spacious dining area. Unfortunately we only had enough tummy space for this delicious dessert (ordered from the market section, not off the menu) but will be back for some fresh oysters next time!

A very nice & spacious dining + market concept. There’re ‘live’ stations for ordering of fresh seafood/ meat cuts to be cooked on the spot. A few varieties of Oysters, all reasonably prices. Highly recommend the seafood stew, very hearty bowl with rich bisque like base, it was super!!

Thanks for your delightful service. The steak and oyster were superb. As for the clam chowder, we are probably used to the American style taste, thus not enjoyed the dish as much. Overall, it has been a great dinning experience with you team.

Came here to celebrate Valentine’s Day. Was told to choose 630pm or 815pm as would be packed. I no choice to chose 815pm but when I came in around 715pm probably want to catch a drink if my seat is not ready yet. Found plenty of seats and I was ushered to my seat but near to kitchen entry. I asked to change to other seat where lots of it still empty ! Not sure why such arrangement being made and I plus have come wary with my guest to have earlier dinner instead of 815pm! Sercice was great but I prefer the price of the wine corkage being informed up front.. I picked a wine from the rack and no one tell me I need to pay for corkage fee of $18 even I get it from the same store. Food is not cheap if you buy and get them to cook for you at a free charged as high as $18! Ordered the clam spaghetti is really tasty and authentic. Ordered a 400g ribeye Beef but the doneness varied from medium to medium rare on the same meat! The pork chop is fantastic and well seasoned and cooked! The French onion soup supper yummy but the grilled octopus sort of average. However, the oyster from Irish and French probably the highlight even it is rather expensive compare to outside.

Visited the market at Culina and not the restaurant, anything you need to cook up an European meal is available, very similar to the former Jones, the Grocer. It’s a decent wine shop with wide selection of reds, whites and the bubbly at multiple price points; the freshly baked breads are excellent.

Decent bistro nestled inside Culinas. You can have them cook a piece of meat that you bought from the retail side, for a small fee. You can also have some wine either from their list or from the retail side (corkage = $15). Seating is limited and it can get busy quick, so best to come in during off peak hours

The place to go for beef. Beef is great but you’ve to choose Angus steak and get the chef to cook it. There is a fee to pay for the chef to cook for any meat that you choose from the fridge. They also have menu for you to select from, the kitchen will cook it and serve the food without additional fee to pay. Oh yes, the cheese platter and all are to go for too. Their best salad is the one in my picture.
