Nice and professional service. Got a nice wash and hair cut at $22. Value for money. The ladies were very friendly and chatty.

My go-to place for a good snip. Joanne (Senior hairstylist) has good hair styling sense and is the only hairdresser I trust with my obnoxious hair.

Despite asking if a certain treatment would be suitable the stylist insisted no issues..ended up with extremely dry ends! Made appointment but failed to attend to me and kept me waiting for very long. Busy promoting and selling their products. Until I stood up to leave and then she realised I "existed! Never will go back to this place again! Not professional at all and so money minded!

Don’t don’t ever go to this salon. I wish people write real reviews and post negative ones too. Lots of hard sell. A month later, the hairstyle is so bad. I went to another salon, and she said that my permed locks are uneven and showed me how the haircut was very badly done. I’d wanted to find a neighbourhood salon to make it my regular-stylist but this is definitely NOT the one. Ironically my usual hair salon at Ion cost less than what I spent here. Scam!

The China lady hair stylist in this salon (shown in the pic) is a liar and daylight “robber”! First, she lured and cheated me and my friend by telling us a price without telling us that amount was NOT final, even though we asked 3x! She told us $20 for hair wash, as that was our first visit to the salon, we do not know what was the original price for hair wash, we assumed that included the extra charge near to CNY. ONLY upon payment, she increased another $10, so $30 for hair wash in a very small shop in neighbourhood, dirty and cheap look shop! When we questioned them why didn’t she tell us the full amount when we asked at start? She started to play with vulgar languages and insulted us as Singaporeans. Even insulted my friend’s hair style! She is entirely blunt and rude!

Both I and my roommates are coming here for haircut. Joanne is currently the only one I trust for getting haircut in Singapore. Not sure about other stylists in the store though.
