Unreliable company! Do not honour prices they quote, despite it being stated in black and white. They're wishy washy and prices keep changing - reflecting their greed in trying to fleece off the customers. BEWARE! I'm not sending my business to these folks. Can't trust them, because the most important thing about doing business is building a relationship with integrity. Company now tries to back peddle saying that prices quoted were for a bigger quantity - however, we saved the original whatsapp chat screenshot that shows proof that anything between 2-50 pcs were quoted for one price, which they promptly increased more than 5x when we said we would be bringing our merchandise down (all this back peddling was done within the same day, within the same hour!). It's not so much about the higher cost we're angry about, it's the lack of integrity and excuses provided at the end of the day that prompted me to speak out. No one likes being maligned and business ethics go a long way for a company's survival in this day and age. At the end of the day, it doesn't matter if we use them for our engraving services or not - it's the fact they tried to back out of a deal, and then used various excuses online to lie their way out of it that infuriates us. I will never use this company no matter how 'cheap' they claim their prices to be... and I have no qualms telling all my friends and customers about them.

Good service , May patient to listen my design and try to get my requirements. Bottles have engraved are quite nice. Suitable for gifts, it can give unique gifts for special people ??☺️☺️????

Efficient, timely, professional service that you can never find elsewhere. They place value in every of my work submitted in and do more than what they are required to (aka. quality checking etc). Extremely cautious and attentive to every single details. Fred not to engage them :)

Submitted a rather last minute request to customize a kitchen knife for my fiancé’s birthday. All in all, the time taken for initial email enquiry to the actual receipt of the final product took 3 working days. Appreciate the effort from the team, especially May(who attended to me) to take in my order at such short notice. The consultation process was short and precise. May gave practical suggestions on the design and placement of engraving. Was very pleased with the final product. Will definitely recommend!

What a great company to work with! I am just a walk-in customer, where I wanted to engrave my name and finishing time on my medal. Despite I only had one thing to engrave, they were very patient and thorough ... Where I was shown different fonts, sized and positioning. They only went ahead when they were sure it was what I wanted. In the end I am very happy with my product. If I have anything else in future that need customized engraving or printing, will definitely come again !
