First time heading to the branch at Pearl's Hill. Seen many reviews on their IG place & I wanted to try other lash lift services from other small local based business. I'm not one for lash extensions or putting on fake lashes. I'm drawn towards their lash lift with botox and henna tint for lashes. Place was relatively okay to get to. Place was cozy. My lash technician was friendly. I was pleasantly surprised with my lashes! They're beautiful and curled, lifted up nicely. Looking forward for the next session ???

Woodland outlet is nice and comfy. Still quite empty as it’s not fully furnished up yet, love the full length window. Nicole’s skill was good, no discomfort felt during my lash lift-tint-botox process. Was well informed about the do and don’t after the whole process.

My first time ever doing lash lift and brow tint combo and its safe to say that i will really come back for future sessions! Aliah, the one who did both my brows and lash, is very accommodating and gentle. She's also always checking in with her clients if they are feeling alright! Definitely a nice experience ❤️

Didnt manage to snap too many pics but it was a bad 1st time experience for a small business. 1) Punctuality - Horrible. My slot was at 1200HR. Despite heavy rain on my side i informed her and rushed down for the appt (latest at 1215HRS if not deposited of $20 will be forfeited) only to realise to had to wait for 25 min (i reached at 1210HR) I also couldnt wait in the house so i waited at the voiddeck. 2) Cleanliness - ATROCIOUS. Really atrocious. The pics dont do justice and it was dirty. No disposable sheets or whatsoever. Not a comfortable and clean place AT ALL. Work area was cluttered messily. Fans were also dusty. 3) Experience - As i was doing my lash lift, someone was blowing their WET hair beside me. The water from the wet hair splattered on me. But the lady was decent enough to tell her sister to blow her hair elsewhere. 4) Effect: I personally feel that it wasnt well done at all. Not all lashes were lifted and some were still drooping. I should have just not be lazy and curl my lashes at home. 6) Positive thing - Relatively cheap. ($54 for lash lift and tint) The doggo was also quite cute. 5) Overall - DO NOT RECOMMEND. BUT, you may experience at your own risk.

Good experience lifting my lashes and getting my brows laminated here! Sofia (Pearls terrace outlet) was the sweetest lash tech and made me feel very comfortable. I’m happy with the results and will definitely come back again :)

It was a lovely place and greeted with a super nice attitude by Nicole. Super nice music and just a very cosy studio. A place to relax, was really happy with my lashes. She make my curl really naturally perm. The location is very convenient too. Would go over again

I had my lash lift here as they were having a promotion for school holidays (after 2 or 3 years of having untouched lashes lolol) and the results were really good!!! better than salons I’ve visited before that were charging a lot more!! the lash tech, sofia, is really friendly and accomodating. i would highly recommend and wld love to go again huhu.. (the picture doesn’t do it justice…… i was in the train lmaooo)

Very happy with my lashes done here!! My lashes were long but straight and the lash lift is just the perfect solution for it!!! Nicole did my lashes and she is very skilled at what she does and did my lashes so effortlessly. Except for the initial stinging part (which really is unavoidable), the overall experience was comfortable. I would recommend!
