Got them to clean my new house today, great job and appreciated the hard work. They are professional, systematic, did a walk thru before job commence and also after job completion. Once again, many thks to Keith and his team. PAM L

person I corresponded with was Keith if I am not mistaken. Firstly, I changed a total of 3 helpers throughout. Every single one of them either no showed, did not tell us in advance if they would show up or just canceled last minute. 2 out of 3 were so blur they regularly lost their way I literally had to go down and pick them up from the side gate a few times just because they did not know the way or did not want to walk a bit further to the main gate. For 1 of them,after coming in, she could not find her way out and I had to go down and guide her out. The cleaners are completely unprofessional and at best, just do a subpar job or cleaning. This I could still accept. But cancel at the last minute or did not tell us in advance that they are not coming is too much. 1 of them was extremely rude and just refused to come just because she wanted to a weekly schedule to earn more money when I wanted a once in 2 weeks schedule. She initially agreed to once in 2 weeks. At her next scheduled date she did not even tell me was wasn't going to come until I contacted her 1 day before to confirm. Her reply was, I am not coming because I want to do weekly. Keep in mind this was after she had agreed to come once per fortnight. After I acceded to her request for weekly cleaning, she refused me just because I told her 2 or 3 weeks a year we may be outstation hence those 2 or 3 weeks she cannot come into the house for cleaning. Keith, I assume he's the owner, is terrible at assuaging your concerns. He is very nice and kind before you pay but once you pay, bam! No more customer service. Terrible uptight person that uses poor excuses to explain the terrible behavior of the cleaners and keeps going off point. Not available at certain times, despite telling you before you pay that he will be available. Not focused on solving your issues. I had a feeling at one point that since he already collected my money, he couldn't care less if I got my house cleaned or not. All in all, I strongly recommend that you avoid this agency at all costs. Save your money, look for another cleaning service.
