My DCS 2802 cloud subscription plan is active however my video clip kept giving me this msg clip expired. Plan expired and to upgrade to a higher plan. I had chatted twice and had also allowed remote access to their live chat agent but not resolved. I cannot provide my feedback thru their contact us link via email as it kept hanging. Its so disappointing. Update: Email send on 21 May as per request. Todate no reply. I ended the subscription and is using Arlo which so far had worked better.

Renewed cloud recording premium and payment had been made, six days later still yet to reflect and activate. Luckily, I remembered to check out six days later. When I contact live support, they advised me to subscribe again.Very disappointed with this experience!! lose all my clip for six days. They should have bulit a system that can auto reflect on renewal of subscription upon receiving of payment.

Brand new DGS 108 did not work out of the box. No solutions apart from visiting this remote service center, which operates on weekdays only. Do not recommend purchases.

Had problems with my D Link 932C modem and tried to figure it out for days, but couldn’t! Went online with the D Link chat support for half an hour but couldn’t get it to work, so they suggested I go to the Warranty Service Centre. Went in, and the young fellow (Ray?) took a look at it and said he knew exact what the problem was. Reset the WAP and within 1 minute it was fixed. Thanks!!

After a bad experience calling in last night to the Technical Support, at last a well prepared professional support staff, name MK made me change my mind to give a 5-star rating.... thanks to MK for his patience and advises...???

I had given up hope to call in technical support, cannot understand their English (sound like asian foreigner on the line) though they advise me to try this and that, till it doesn't work. Thus I brought in DSC6501 on 16/6 to the service center, as I still couldn't get in fix up myself. MK attended to me and try all his best to get in done after numerous try. Had even share with me the how to use the dlink app. What a good service altitude he got.. He deserve a 5 stars. Thank you MK.
