DNF will work on Samsonite luggage wheels unlike many other shops. Did 4 wheels for $100 a tad expensive but what to do? Overall service good and wd go back for work if luggage bag belongs to the expensive category.

One of the rare breed of luggage repair shops. The place is very efficient. Most of the airlines send their damaged bags here for repairs, including SQ I believe. They are very well stocked (overflowing actually ;) with spare parts of used wheels, handles, beading, etc - which come of use when they are repairing suitcases. I wish the place was open in non office hours, for ease of individual customers. The charges are a tad high (at least for individual customers like me :) - but the job gets done usually.

Had a lugguage handle replaced for $30. They did it on the spot, was completed within 10min. Not particularly cheap but definitely efficient.

I didn't have a luggage that needed fixing but I had a handbag that needed a clasp replaced. Even though they don't handle handbags, they were extremely nice and tried their best to help me. Although they didn't have the proper tools, they were extremely patient in trying to help me and eventually drilled the clasp off the handbag with the utmost care and replaced the clasp for me. These folks are extremely professional and caring. Definitely recommend.

Had a carry-on Samsonite zipper fixed in an hour a few weeks back. Third visit over the years. It has been good every time.

Poor service, customer service and no communication between staff, logistics company and drivers. Filed a report on damaged luggage and received a missed call from a private number but wasn't followed up within 24-48hours. I have to check with SATS again. The luggage was picked up and 4 working days later, receive a notification from delivery guy that the luggage will arrive within an hour on the day itself with no heads up. Checked the luggage in the evening when I got home and realised that it is locked and no number combination was given. Called the office the next day and sent the pictures and videos and was reviewed that it may be jammed and need another onsite check. Disappointingly, it wasn't checked after being repaired? Informed them that I needed it repaired on Mon as I have a flight to catch on Tues and needed the luggage. He helped to schedule a delivery the next day and promised that the driver will call in the morning but didn't receive any call then. No phone number for delivery guy was shared as well. A call was received from the logistics company only ard 2pm when I was out of the house. I was promised that I will be updated should the driver be ard the area for the pickup at 8pm as the next day is Sunday and it is closed. I mentioned to the logistics lady that I need the luggage repaired urgently but again receive no updates. I called back at ard 6pm to confirm however, even the logistics lady can't get hold of the driver and there was no updates even after 8pm till now. These poor services and miscommunications are definitely not benefitting the end customers at all.
