★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don't recommend to go to them if you're intending to have pictures taken for ic/passport renewals. Photos has been rejected by ICA. Photos are not up to govt requirement standard. I reflected to the lady on the spot that photo angle dont look right and is unbalance, lady seem to be in a hurry to pack up and go home and assured me that the photo is ok they will touchup.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad hard selling experience there. I went in to have a passport photo taken and I only need the soft copy of the photo. It costs $13. Had to purchase the ‘package’. I asked the staff whether I can pay for the 6 copy photos price which is $10 to just get the soft copy. The answer is no we don’t have the package. Wow what a way to run your ‘big business.’ On top of all that, the photo is not well taken. Greedy seller.

I will definitely return here if I need photos printed in the future

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Please do not take passport photo at this shop. You will waste your money and application will be rejected.
Went to the shop for passport photo to for renewal application. The shop assistance explained that they will help to check the requirement by the immigration department and ensure it can be used before sending over the soft copy via email. They even have the print out of the photo requirements and convinced me that they are aware of the current government requirements.
Using the photo provided, my application was delayed and rejected as the photo does not meet the requirements. My passport renewal process was delayed causing alot of issue. Had to go to the immigration department several times to get this sorted.
Piece of advise, DO NOT take passport photo there

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible place!!! Went there at 2.45 pm on 18 March. Waited for close to 3 hours but there was no staff around. Had to stand outside the shop. There was a sign that says "lunch" but no information on how long he/she will take or when he/she will be back. During the 3hours of waiting, 5 customers came and eventually left angrily. The lady queuing in front of me was furious and kept calling the shop's hotline. She left after 2hours plus after snapping photos of this shop!!! Do not go there!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Called the staff and asked how much to print 8 pcs of passport photo that I have in digital form, and she said $15. My brother went there today and the staff said $16! No integrity. Looks like they charge however they want. Horrible.
