Not professional, passport photo is very ugly and the colour of the printed copy is faded, can't be used. Charged $15 with disappointment.

Extremely greedy and unethical sales person. She charged 2 sgd service fee extra to email a soft copy when the payment for soft copy was already done. We had already paid for the soft copy and the photographs the previous day.. will try to avoid that place the next time for sure. Must file a complaint for such dishonest business.

Very Professional , good service. Did the passport and they even go all the way to help to make sure the photo are approved by Embassy on line. Great Job. ! Well Done. ???

Worst experience. Rude staff inexperienced photographer. Rude to all customers even when collecting photos. Will nv ever come back here. Best of all sack all the staff in there.

Passport photo very badly taken by an inexperienced staff, can tell no skill. The lighting just focus on the front of my face until look like ghost. No instruction on where to look. It’s taken above my eye level, end up my eyes were a little looking upwards. The price also ridiculous. $12 for hardcopy plus email softcopy BUT the softcopy is not standard passport sized photo for online application… if want them cut and make it passport size for softcopy, need add $3 LOL? What’s the use of emailing softcopy that is not passport sized. If want to provide good service, do it all the way. Not hoping they will improve their customer service as there was none in the first place. Once stepped in already bad feeling, their faces look like u owe them money

If you print a normal 4R photo, it's 50 cents. But, the photo is arranged for passport photo, you need to pay 5 $. What logic is it? Avoid the shop at all cost.

Bad experience. Very expensive. I see that they have increased their price from the previous time I went. To access their computer, it costs $2 the other time but now it costs $3. Accessing their computer is necessary unless you want to photocopy. From what I know, their services don't include airprint. First copy, Colour - $2, Black - $1. Second copy, Colour - $1, Black - $0.50 Third copy onward till the 30th copy, Colour - $0.80, Black - $0.40. For 21 pages of mixed black and colour, I paid $19.

Avoid this place at all cost. Ridiculous prices. Dishonest business. Complete rip-off. Rude and inexperienced staff. My passport photo came out looking really ugly. I have never looked so ashy and dark in my entire life when getting my passport photo taken. And photo-taking was extremely unprofessional. Staff kept telling me to tilt my head to the right until I cannot tilt, when I myself know better that I’m already looking straight. I also was asked a couple times to not let my hair touch my shoulders and she kept saying “aiya your hair ah”. What even????? As long as it doesn’t cover the ears ok already right?? And guess what, she kept making noises as if she’s blaming me for not getting my photos taken right. Wth girl? Mind you, my mom was there as well and she even saw the lady not holding the camera properly without even a tripod stand then still want to make noise and blame the customer? Utter rubbish. And I was shocked I was charged $16 for softcopy AND 3 printed photos, when earlier on I have mentioned many times I only wanted softcopy. SCAMMER. I’m never coming back to this scam place.
