โ โ โ โ โ Unprofessional. Too much office politic. I could say the boss is really good but not the rest. Boss didn't know what is really happening under the management level. Too much trust on the team leader.
It take long time to process and long time to response. Turn over rate is high because no proper training was given to new comer. Whoever come feel lost for almost 3 months ... ask another colleague to teach and doesn't have any proper SOP. Not a good place for a younger to work.
