DAISO Parkway Parade - Parkway Parade

This Daiso is ok, not the biggest but sells most of the things one would need. Why I have given it 3 stars is because of the attitude of the aunties at the cashier counters. They are rather rude. This is especially so when I only have a bigger note to pay with and need them to give me change. I don't think it's the same staff each time too. But everytime I pay with say, a $50 and I buy within $10-20 mind you, they always grumble, tsk, sigh and ask for a smaller note (which I wouldn't have, else I would have used it!). Why it's such a big deal, I really don't know. You'd think that their cash registers would be filled with $2 notes. Maybe they are just too lazy to count change. Who knows. But I do find that this only happens at this Daiso, not anywhere else and not other outlets either. Staff attitude is a big turn off. Management really needs to look into this.

Limited payment methods. Faulty payment system resulted in my time wasted shopping there just to return back all the items

Daiso is a great place to shop from Food, grocery to household appliances. All products are priced at $2 each and i will always purchase this soy sauce small fried rice cracker for my sister as she loves it. The staff are also very friendly. Not sure are they still open during this period.

Every thing is $2.00 and it’s a shop to find gadgets or accessories.

Everything Use to be 2 sgd each. Now different price for most items and it's all above 2 sgd. Too expensive. Avoid!!

Love going to Daiso. Even when we go so frequently, we still do not leave empty handed at every visit. There is always something to buy. Some Japanese items are very innovative, some practical, and some just too cute! Would like to give a shout out to one of the staff at this outlet. Mr Eiji, he was so friendly, every ready to help, and patiently explained about new pricing and how to identify the different prices of the items. Every Daiso should have at least one Mr Eiji. Haha ?
