I am writing this review in November 2020 but I have been a return customer since November 2019, my first purchase! One would think that this post is way overdue but I would only say it is one of the many positive reviews I could leave. As a new darts player in 2019, Ivan had spent time to explain the differences in component types (e.g., flights, barrels, shafts) and how they can suit different throwing style and etc. Through a series of text messages with him, I was able to grasp a good understanding of the basics, which allowed me to also pass on such knowledge with my friends. I then purchased two barrels (Cosmos) for myself and my gf, along with flights, shafts, and some tips. However covid had occurred and as we all know, circuit breaker happened in Singapore which put a halt to all the dart activities. Flash forward to today, I still keep in contact with Ivan as I am keen in exploring the different customization for crafting a suitable dart for your throwing style. I could go on but let's keep this at this. I am in the midst of purchasing a new barrel and am in active discussion with Ivan now! TDLR; this guy is solid in is knowledge and in customer service. Friendly, prompt service, legit items at good prices! Definitely would recommend him to anyone - new darts players, intermediate or advanced! 10/10
