Recently started getting my plastic supply for my company from them & I must say, it’s one of the best I ever used!! 10/10 would recommend??

Bad experience better don buy lady just say busy and ask to call back. If can not handle don’t even put a call button there

Bad experience, went up to the store and being directed to here and there, end up called 10 times to office no one picked up, and wait so long for the items

We bought some of their 250 ml bottles as samples to bottle my drinks. The next day we found the bottles practically half empty and swimming in the drinks. We called their hotline and spoke to Meifen and Ms Sim. Unfortunately they refused to help. Not only that, Ms Sim went on and on like a machine gun and refused to hear anything I said. Whenever I said something, she interrupted. We were reasonable and asked for their help to investigate. They refused to come down and insinuated that we were lying when we said that the bottles leaked. My colleague took over the call and Ms Sim did the same thing and refused to let her get a word in. The tone was belligerent and dismissive and we were accused to having bad customer service when we are in fact the client and not the supplier. When we requested to speak to the boss, Ms Sim told us that their boss does not return to phone calls. We requested for a return and refund but was told that they don’t have a policy of doing so even if their bottles are defective. This came as a shock to us. We are disappointed that a 30 year old company would rather tarnish their reputation by letting incompetent staff escalate an error than to communicate to sort out issues in their products. We wasted precious material and manpower to produce the drinks and also to have to transfer the drinks to other bottles and clean up the entire mess, only to have them shouting at us and not willing to make any compromise. I highly do not recommend using this company if you are looking for plastic bottles or supplies. Update : Their representative, Andy had visited to help us troubleshoot our problem. Unfortunately, the tightness of the cap still wasn’t able to contain the leak.

Update: Bumping my review from 1 to 3 Within days of my review, i was contacted by the boss who came by to understand the situation. He suggested different caps and brought a few back the next week. Although the caps still leaked a little, we appreciate the effort taken to resolve and our initial problems. However we still have one third of the bottles left unused. No action was taken to refund any leaking or unused bottles. Our losses incurred include: manpower, wasted stickers and having to discard our products. ———————— I own a beverage company and bought about 480 of their 250 ml bottles as samples to try. Imagine my horror when the bottles leaked like crazy into the bins. We called their hotline and spoke to Meifen who then transferred to Ms Sim. We were initially disappointed when Ms Sim refused to help and grew extremely angry when she refused to let us talk and interrupted us at every turn. Her volume got progressively higher and the tone was belligerent and dismissive and we were accused of having bad customer service ourselves when I am in fact the client and not the supplier. Ms Sim told us that their boss does not return to phone calls and said we have no choice but to speak to her. We requested for a return and refund but was told that they don’t have a policy of doing so even if their bottles are defective. This is shocking to me on several levels. I quote "如果我让你退款，那每个顾客要我们不是要帮他们refund?!" (Loosely translated to "If I allow your refund, then won't I have to do so for all the customers who complain?!) When we said we wanted to return the unused bottles as we lost confidence in using their products, we were also refused. I’m beyond disgusted that a "30 year old" company would rather tarnish their reputation by letting incompetent staff escalate an error than to communicate to sort out issues in their products. Will update if any resolutions are made later on. I highly do not recommend using this company if you are looking for plastic bottles or supplies.

Poor customer service.. attitude of the salesperson is really bad and rude.. the price of their products are so expensive.. in the end i went to pacific cam in yishun and a totally different experience with Pacific cam, the service is great and the price of their bottle are reasonable.. greatly recommend all to switch over to Pacific cam

We were highly satisfied with our purchase. The products we ordered were durable and furthermore, the delivery was very quick. Highly recommended.

Fast email response but upon ordering, just the day before, told us there is an issue with quantity! First of all, do not allow loose sales as they claimed their bottles are sold in 120 pieces for each design. But zero apologies when one of the design only have 36 pieces and we were the ones who emailed them to confirm on quantity and pick up, so they are not really reliable in this. Secondly, we sent our courier to pick up the item and told them we will do payment via paynow or cheque. When our courier is there, they email and call us to chase for payment which is an amount of $101. The lady’s (Fern Sim) tone was rude and as if we are robbing them of their bottles. Is that even the way to do business? I hope their boss or representatives will look into this matter. Upon reading the reviews here, I realised this Fern Sim is an issue. Lastly, we tried to make payment via the Paynow information given by this Fern Sim but turned out they are not even Paynow registered or perhaps this Fern Sim did not gave the correct details. Total screw up. This is definitely a first and last time order.
