No regrets in engaging Joey as my AD wedding MUA! Love her super glowy makeup. She's punctual, and listens to suggestions/feedbacks and adjusts accordingly. Recommended!

Joey has been nothing short of amazing, and you will definitely have no regrets engaging her, I promise. From the trial make up to the actual day, she will make you feel like a princess, and ensure that she achieves the look that you want. During the trial make up, Joey was super meticulous. She understood my needs and my concerns, and did exceedingly well in helping me achieve the looks that I hoped for. I do not wear make up on normal basis, and was worried that I would not look like myself with full make up on. To ensure that I would be comfortable with the make up at the end of the day, Joey checked in with me in every stage (e.g., eyes, eye lashes, face, etc) of the make up during the trial, to check if that was what I wanted/liked. I was super amazed by her attention to details, and how she was so patient in ensuring that everything was the best for me. As I have very thin hair as well, Joey did a wonderful job in volumizing my hair. I was all ready to put on extensions (although I know that it would not be as comfortable), but Joey assured me that she would try to work with my thin hair first, and would only make use of extensions if needed at the end of the day. To my surprise, my hair does not look thin at all during the trial and actual day, and I was super impressed by her skills. Oh ya, she helped the groom with the styling of his hair too, swiftly and of course flawlessly. On top of that, Joey is super punctual, and will make sure that she reaches early enough for her set up before the make up begins. And also not to mention, her rates are really affordable for the amazing results she produces. During the actual day, Joey was super super helpful, and you will definitely feel super safe in her hands. She helped me with the wearing of gowns in a super skillful manner, and I do not have to adjust anything! She also went beyond her duties, but making sure that I look okay after my solemnization before my first march in, although she didn't have to! The hairstyle change for the second march in was also done in a super efficient manner, and I was just so thankful for her. The experience with Joey was made even better, because she is such a friendly and warm person, just like a fairy godmother. She puts your mind at ease, and dolls you up with all her heart. I would really recommend engaging Joey, over and over again! Really thank you so much Joey for making our big day such a happy one! And I really hope to have the chance to work with you again! Joey was very professional and made me feel at ease during the trial and actual day even though I don't usually use makeup. Really liked my makeup and hair and she knew how to choose, trim and arrange the loose florals my florist provided too! She puts care and attention into her work and is gentle and very steady. Glad to have engaged her for my wedding!

Joey was my fairy godmother who magically transformed me - from a plain jane into a best version of myself. Right from the beginning when I met her (during the trial session at her house), she had been nothing but patient and kind, in explaining about the possible hairdos that I could consider. What really struck me was her confidence in her skill, especially helping me to achieve even double eyelids and a flawless complexion. On the actual day, apart from doing my make up and hair, she also helped me in and out of my gowns during the tight windows of outfit changes. Seeing how frazzled I was, she offered to stay behind to help me with my second look (even though it was not included in the package). I would definitely recommend Joey, not only because of her impeccable skill but also, her heart for her brides and her dedication to transforming them into glowing women of confidence!

I engaged Joey for my ROM as I liked her work on Instagram and also her rates are pretty reasonable. There were no hidden costs, everything was already included. The communication with her was very straightforward and professional, she gave me tips on what to prepare and what to take note of before starting the with Make up and hair. On the day itself she was punctual and she did check in with me on every step of the make up application whether I am happy with the look, which I found very reassuring. I only showed her 1-2 pictures of the kind of look I would like to go for and she totally nailed it. Unfortunately she is not available for my banquet as I would have definitely hired her again. However, she provided recommendations for other MUAs which was very helpful.

Joey dolled me up for my pre-wedding shoot. I would describe Joey as a MUA who is professional, patient, meticulous and understanding. Before the session, she checked in with me on my preferred hairstyle and makeup, and whether I have any skin sensitivity so that she could make preparations. She also provided tips on what I could do to prepare my face for the make up! During the actual session, it was very comfortable and enjoyable. Joey was warm and friendly, and she understood my needs. She made the effort to check in with me if I was ok with the make up, and would make adjustments accordingly. She also cared to explain what she was doing and the effects she was trying to achieve. I totally enjoyed the whole process, and of course love the look and the hairdo by Joey! I already planned to engage Joey for my AD, and would totally recommend Joey to brides-to-be!

Engaged Joey for my make up on my wedding day and really love the looks she did for me! The hairstyles and make up were both gorgeous and received alot of praises from my family/friends. Joey was also v helpful in helping w my gowns and her presence felt v assuring. No regrets on engaging her :)

Had Joey doll me up through my entire wedding journey and she was excellent throughout with the make up and hair. She was really patient, detailed, focused and does her best to understand her client's needs and requests and accommodates to what she can. It was really wonderful to have her as she's really help me a lot along the way from touch up of make up, small details of hair placements during the photoshoot and wearing of dress/gowns. Would definitely love to engage her again for other life events and recommend her to others as well!
