★ ★ ★ ★ ★ corporate service is terrible. There was one customer in front of me. Of 6 counters, only one does corporate. I had to wait 50 minutes, and the service is just as terrible, borderline rude.
Culture at this branch is down the drain, nobody seems to care, you just can wait as long as it suits them, no apology, no intention to improve the service, just waiting for the end of the day to go home, end of the month to get a salary, who cares about the customers?
Here: nobody!
