A	Annie Chan on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stacey was very helpful and explained all the concerns of accessing my account overseas and bank transfers, etc. Seamless account-opening experience, was pleasantly surprised.
E	Eric Aung on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bad experience with the branch here. Old aunty staff at the entrance is very rude (timing was 8:50AM, 7th May, 2022) and she cannot help me anything. I am loyal customer with dbs for 7 years and I have to close my bank acc with them.
G	Gwerder Marco on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The online registration to open a bank account with DBS is troublesome. Explanation and procedure is unclear. I would prefer to open a bank account at the bank directly, that is more clear and faster, open questions can be answered immediately by the customer service. I wasted too much time already for this. Maybe further improvements can be made. The online service at the first stage is not satisfactory.
J	Jack T on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Called into their hotline to make one simple request to reset my credit card pin, and it takes over 45 minutes and 6 transfer between operators. The staff have absolutely no idea how their organization operates, kicking their customers around, hopefully someone else will handle the issue. My experience with DBS/POSB had been very negative for the last couple of years, sensing the bank doesn't bother about their existing customers. Made request for annual fee waiver on their credit cards (i'm an regular user of their cards with many recurring payments tagged onto POSB cards), the bank simply refuse to waive off the fee and i'm left with no choice but to terminate all DBS/POSB cards. The bank needs some reflection on how they manage their existing customers.
Y	Yui IK on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My overall experience opening a bank account in Singapore has been tricky with lots of revisions required in addresses etc due to the strict rules. Considering the tellers probably deal with customers with wrong address formats, same issues and having to repeat themselves all day, Wilson so kindly and patiently helped me through the process. I didn’t get her name, but the lady ushering customers at the front also went out of her way to help. Very competent team and pleasant experience.
J	Jerome Tong on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Attractive promos to acquire new credit card customers. Unfortunately because of “high demand”, the actual delivery of credit cards are late. And then expect us to hit minimum spend within a few weeks. Otherwise no sign-up rewards. Bottom-line: don’t be fooled by their headline numbers. Read the fine print first!
