โ โ โ โ โ Went down for their banking services as the particular service could not be done online or on digibanking, but the branch was not open and there was no notification anywhere that states the reason. Even called the DBS hotline yesterday to confirm that the branch will be opened for the service required only to be disappointed onsite.
Went to dig deeper at their website to realise that the branch probably closed down the services, leaving only the self-service kiosks. Please provide better training for your call center should there be such updates so customers would not run around like headless chickens.
