★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Accompanied a friend to carry out a rather unusual transaction. The staff members were all polite and helpful, from the greeter at the entrance to the counter staff and security. Issue was resolved satisfactorily after some discussion. Had heard bad things about service at other branches (I'm not a DBS customer) so was sceptical, but good to see the best side of this bank today.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went there today at around 10.45am on 28th Oct to change my card which is already spoilt. I was served by a very helpful woman namely Emily. She helped me through with the process without any delay. DBS has a “gem” within their staff. Wonderful and great service. Thank you Ms Emily. ?I was told not to take any photos within the bank so I just got to do with the photos from outside the bank.
