★ ★ ★ ★ ★ your UX/UI on the vickers platform is incredibly difficult to maneuver. I want to make a simple withdrawal after sell off some of my shares but it took me more than 30 minutes and I still havn't figure it out. I consider myself tech savvy and never encounter such issues with other platform.
you definitely give the impression that you are trying to hold our cash and prevent us from taking cash out from vickers to aid you from losing market share further to your competitors.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good integration to DBS Bank. Service is the most important for a brokerage yet Vickers does not have it. Took 1 week to reply a message and does not have a proper resolution as well.
Suggest to go elsewhere for a good brokerage

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was on the customer service hotline for close to 2 hours......for a error message that keeps me from placing a trade.
I normally do not write negative reviews but DBSV has brought bad customer service to a new level. There must be some fundamental structural issue with this organization.
Aside from the dated trading platform and high fee structure, service response has been getting slower.
I am so disappointed and embarrassed that they are supposedly the benchmark banking institution for Singapore

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I wish I read these before signing up. Even if you bank with DBS, go elsewhere to manage your share portfolio. Vickers have absolutely no synergy with DBS bank - and like everyone says here, their website and app is a joke

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ can't explain how bad it is! you could never get a clear view of your holdings. the transaction bills are there to fail you.
If you trade on HK US stock market, it is even worse!
When it is linked to your DBS Bank account, it is the worst! Because your asset information will never be timely reflected in your account summary and it constantly gives you heart attacks!
Shame on DBS!
