1. My appointment was at 10.30 am, but the hair dresser came 11.30. big red flag, but still waited there and waisted my time and money too. Here, it goes... 2. I went there for a simple hair cut which he told the cost 38sgd but charged me 68 sgd, did not mention any surcharges even before started cutting my hair. 3. Thanks to his selling tactics, i fell for that and got my protein treatment done there, which he mentioned the cost 120 sgd, he charged surcharges for the same without mentioning it and in the end within half an hour he charged me 230 sgd. 4. The quality of haircut was ok but quality of protein treatment was not upto the par 5. I would not recommend this salon because of their unethical tactics of charging humongous surcharges without informing the same to the customer, and even if you go there confirm the prices and surcharges before getting any treatment done and do not fall for their tactics.

Avoid here ! Dishonest business! 1 A walk-in new customer came during my hair color section. The staff attending to me was channeled to cut his hair and I was left with Hair dye on my head for extended time (extra 30 mins) as a result it left red rashes on my scalp that needed medical attention. 2. Salon owner does not honour the terms promised by their ex-staff (Edmund).

Worst hair salon experience in Singapore. Shop is a scam, listed prices are fake. Avoid this salon at all cost, especially the hairstylist Edmund, he will double the price at payment with no justification and verbally abuse customers.

My did hairs colouring at another salon and it failed. So I really just randomly walked in to this place to fix that, without reading Google reviews. In the half way I decided to have a look of their Google reviews and it honestly scared me. However, the result was not bad. The color turned out even. The price is reasonable, the staff helped me was really patient and nice. There was no hard sale or doubling price. The place is a bit small and not very tidy. Other than that, I think they did a good job.

I had previously visited this salon but lately they use hair dye and charge for ammonia free color. Horrible experience from the blonde hair stylist. Not sure why cheat customer and make money like this. People never ? go to this salon at Anchorpoint. Above all they have so much hair everywhere. Wonder if at all they clean up the salon properly. The woman wearing specs is equally fishy . Try salons at orchard better. Bad and poor experience. Don’t waste your money here.

Went there for a quick hair cut but the hair stylist was slow ( took about an hour to just cut off 2 inches). Ended up charging me $48 which was just a total ripoff since the cut itself was done in 15 minutes, yet the hair stylist kept going back and forth to adjust little things and styling my hair which was not required. This is a scam and the salon is just run by money hungry people

I walk in to the Salon yesterday in afternoon. To cut my long hair to a pixie, when its done she ask me the mode of payment without even mentioning the price to me. As i thought cutting off my long hair is quite easy and fast as it only took 20-30mins, suddenly i asked how much and she said $50, of course i have no choice but to pay. But she gave me $10 voucher, with no expiration date. My previous salon only charged me $38 including hair wash. When i checked my account, just before posting this review, she billed me $55 ??. Its my first time to get charged for $55, just cutting off my hair. I think its quite too much.?

It wouldn’t be wrong to say that this is the worst hair salon I have visited in my entire life. Specially because the hair stylist Edmund is a professional scammer and abuser. On inquiry of why charged me $45 for a $15 fast hair cut he started verbally abusing my wife and then on telling him we will report their business he offered me only 30% refund The business manager with pink hair Sandra is also complicit in running this scam.
