Tended by good and friendly staffs. Went to collect my easy net and staffs taught me how to use it. 1 star missing because not really much varities.

Went with my kid to this location to buy bicycle helmets, the service staff is excellent! Helped to take care of my 3 year old boy and adjust his helmet, while the other staff was helping me go through the process to purchase my items via the App. Click & Collect enables them to be an experience shop, customer service outlet, giving a modern retail shopping experience that's future looking! Very satisfied with my experience here, will drop by again for my next purchase soon!

I use the outlet for click and collect. While this is a very efficient service, customer service is below standard. Staff lack basic customer service etiquette such as greeting and thanking the customer. Most of the time they are paying attention to administration details and ignore the “click and collect “ customer. You need to grab their attention to get service.

Worse service. The guy worker is very ignorant and provide worse service. Asking where the shoes are, he literally don't even want to look at your face and telling u no without even thinking. Then after second say maybe have, then telling it's on someweher in the corner. Don't even border to show your the way or even point you the way. When paying for the product, then he don't even bother to properly go through the payment process with you. Then show u the payment kiosk then turn back to chat with his colleagues again. So what about the plastic bag or carrier? Don't even bother to tell there's no plastic bag, leaving the customers standing there like stupid waiting for him to get plastic beg? Only when asked then replied no plastic bag. The attitude and services is absolutely ignorant and ruin the Christmas mood. Never ever go to this male worker again.

Really great to have a Decathlon near my place. They have an amazing return and exchange policy compared to most shops in Singapore. Most of the stuff are pretty cheap too. A few nights back, I ordered a product online which they didn't have in this store, and I could collect it the next day before lunch.

I had a click and collect from Decathlon Sembawang outlet this evening. I may not be right if I expected the staff to greet and thank every customer. Put aside the greeting and thanking, but when the store is literally empty and the TWO staff at the collection point turn completely oblivious to your presence when you stand right in front of them and say a Hello, there is something wrong with the customer service. It is even worse when you have to repeat what you said to get their attention, which I had to do at the end. It is good to be little considerate and attentive, at least when you are attending at a customer counter. It doesn’t cost much to show minimal kindness. Totally inattentive and rude staff!! It seems I’m not the only one who experienced this, since I came across similar comments here over this outlet. And in response to such negative comments, the store leader reached out with his email address for any additional feedbacks. Nope. I don’t have any additional feedbacks, especially no good feedbacks. Thanks but no thanks.

Abysmal service. Staff member didn't even bother to assist when I was confused about the post-payment procedure. Just told me I could walk out with the clothes (still attached to hangers) in my hands. Fortunately I only bought 3 items. If I had bought a lot not knowing I wasn't going to be given plastic bags, what then? And to charge $1.50 for a bag is greedy. Yet the company is okay to waste on disposable hangers. Then another bad service from another staff member who didn't even apologise that I came to collect my ordered items because based on the website, they are ready to be collected. He just told me if I ordered the previous night, items will only come after 12pm. Who cares what are the arrangements when the website indicated otherwise. I went to the store based on what the website indicated. Instead of apologising for the inconvenience, he just explained the technicalities. Seriously, this company lacks the service part of their business, and I really don't care their items are cheap. Because it's a turn-off when your service is cheap. To add on, their website makes incorrect size recommendations. I tried on the item (aqua shoes) that I ordered, and they were too tight. When I contacted the customer service channel, the officer said I could only get the replacement at the experience stores, without an ounce of apology that the website and the whole exchange process prove to be such unnecessary inconveniences. Horrible, horrible service. Never buying from them again.
