Was a difficult request to do some hand carry and lots of frustration due to contradicting information from Singapore customs. But in the end was sorted with the help of the lovely lady above!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I got my permit declaration after following up. The team seem like nice and genuine people but the process took longer than I liked. Maybe I was the unlucky one here. The following was my experience:
13/JAN: Called and Email attachments afterwards
↓
no response to email
19/JAN: Followed up with phone call and email
↓
Received quotation via email
20/JAN: Still have inquiry because 1st time going through process so replied to the email
↓
no response to email
24/JAN: Followed up with phone call and resent original attachments
↓
Received Invoice
My review would have changed if I got a slightly reduced rate for the wait.
