I was impressed that they were meticulous in their work and walked through the areas they were cleaning for you so you understood. They didn't skim on any work and did a thorough and good job. Definitely value for money, the only gripe I had was they were kinda late, but will use them again for sure.

They did a pre-inspection for my both King and Queen size mattresses and explain all the jobs that need to be done in details before they start cleaning. They explain and show us the things to take note during the cleaning too. Really did a thorough job! Have done many research and comparison in the market as it is our first time engaging such service and we chose Deep Xtrags. The admin on WhatsApp is very friendly and responsive, they expain and provided all the information i need. The package is complete which is all I need and worth the money too. Thumbs up to the team. Highly recommended. Will engage them again :)

Gordon performed an initial evaluation of the items' condition before recommending the best method to address the underlying issues. Was told deep cleansing will not have addressed eggs that have yet to hatch. Did steaming instead. So thumb up of hygiene and infections control.He explain very detail before start of cleaning . During cleaning and steaming will ask me to see while he start to vacum and steam . Good jobs guys . I find is good that the assessment is done proper as deep cleansing is not suitable for every piece of items. Their honest assessment and feedback is something i appreciate.
