He simply doesn't give a damn of what he was packing. 1 Led downlight turn out to be 4 energy saving light bulb!!!

They told me they will send me "better" item, more expensive. Confirmed that it will work with the specs I provided.
It didn't work.
Refused to refund.
I paid for the shipping to return, only to get a coupon for $93.
I told them $93 is not the correct amount, they ignored me.
I bought Philip Hue Go with the coupon, topup with additional $28. It says its dimmable. But its actually not a bluetooth model and hence, not dimmable.
And this item is really old, so old that all the Hue Go out there is bluetooth but this is not.
Better shop elsewhere really.
Major shopping apps has better refund and return policy when product description is wrong, or when product does not work. You don't need to pay additional shipping to return too.
