β β β β β Terrible delivery service that does NOT even deserve ANY stars(but i had to give 1 star if not i wont be able to even post a review to warn others). They do delivery service for Ikea and it was horrible. Called in Ikea to report this issue and they told me PTC supposed to call 30min before reaching their destination which in my case, PTC did not call. Not just that, they did not even bother to call you when the delivery time is up. They just simply MIA. Terrible service.

β β β β β Brought some staff from Ikea Tampines and arranged for an home delivery. Scheduled to be on Sunday 3~6pm and they deliver at 7pm!!! Didn't even pick up my call. Avoid engaging PTC DELIVERY2HOME PTE LTD!!!
