β β β β β The customer service provided by Dell Singapore is terrible. I have owned laptops from brands like Apple, Lenovo and Microsoft Surface in the past but never have I been through such an ordeal that too in the first 4 month of buying a $3000 SGD worth machine. I first complained of my battery draining with few hours of running the machine. Few as in 2-3 hours when they promise all-day battery life. When I spoke to the customer service officer, he helped me reboot the machine twice and when the problem persisted he stopped replying to my emails. Like ghosted their customer is the testimony of how pathetic one's service can be. Then, I scheduled onsite support with another service officer and took an off as the time '18th November 2020, between 8am to 5pm' to me. The person failed to show and when I called to inquire the lady told me that the technician doesn't have the part yet and can only come on the 20th of November.
I am convinced that never am I ever investing in a Dell product as the customer service is truly truly below expectation, neither am I recommending the brand to people in my industry. Even if I do get a Dell product, I'll make sure not to get it in Singapore as the Singaporean Service Centre just doesn't know how to operate it seems.
Really really frustrated and regret buying this machine.

β β β β β Horrible computer! Horrible service! I bought dell laptop Inspiron 13 5000series with premium warranty in Jul'20 and laptop spoilt after 6 months! A service call via the hotline on 30 Jan 2021 with a stated time and date for the repaired works, but not even a telephone call was made to inform on the delays due to hardware parts and absent for the service, till I have to call back the hotline to check! Secondly, on 2 Feb 2021 a response stating a replacement request being accepted, but still a waiting time of up to 3 weeks. Up to 8 Feb 2021 nobody contacted me for replacement process!! Therefore I decided to wrote in a formal complaint on 8 Feb 2021, nobody response to me!! From 30 Jan till today 16 Feb, a total of 18 days no computer to use!! with current situation working from home, no computer = NOT WORKING AT ALL! Finally now i received a message saying my part shipped?? Now is replace unit or DELL are just forcing me to wait for DELL to take your own sweet time to ship the part to SG!! I had enough of your nonsense and i seriously dont think this is what i should get with paying extra dollar for premium warranty!! I am demanding a response NOW and IMMEDIATELY!

Gets super laggy after few months of usage. Battery overheats easily. System keeps hanging.

β β β β β The sales team is good. But the after-sales, RMA, Tech support (especially the whatsapp one) , and logistics team is horrible.
Day one monitor could not on. Contacted the tech support through whatsapp and felt like im talking to a brick wall who could not understand simple english. Tech support could not give a direct answer whether to ship everything out of the box or the panel itself.
Logistics team sets a time frame of 9 to 5. So expect to stay at home for the rest of your day. Cause generally they come on the later part of the day.
Replacement monitor came without the power cord, called the Malaysia tech support immediately, to get it rectified. However they were unable to expedite for a simple power cord to be shipped out ASAP. And expects you to wait till the next working day. When the mistake is inherently on their end.
So now here I am back to square one. With a monitor that cant power on. Weekend ruined. Thanks DELL!

β β β β β I was there thinking I could get my laptop in service. At the reception, they said they don't provide dell service, and in fact, there is NO dell service center in Singapore. Was provided a number to call instead. Seems like they are used to people coming there asking for their laptops be fixed.

β β β β β Terrible product. Serious delay in my laptop delivery and my new laptop spoilt just within 2 months... regret getting my laptop from Dell.
Update after 5 months:
Still not working after 2 rounds of service. Anyone who is planning to buy a laptop from Dell, be prepared to lose all the money for nothing.Worst ever customer experience in my life.

β β β β β Bought 2 Dell Inspiron 3501 in May 2021 for office usage and both laptops experienced issue with intel wireless adapter.
To make the experience worse, contacting Dell's technical support via WhatsApp was an utter waste of time. After taking a photo of the troubleshooting report and sending it to Mukesh from Dell Social Media Team on 27 June 2022 at 9.16am, I was asked a bunch of unrelated questions to my problem which I unreluctantly answered to to speed up the process. Take note that the troubleshooting report clearly indicated the error which lies with the Intel(R) Wireless-AC 9462 adapter's driver or hardware. Instead of diving straight into troubleshooting the error, Mukesh brought up various other causes such as my modem or router and even asking me if I had switched on my wifi.
After beating around the bushes and getting his answers, Mukesh further had the cheek to instruct me to obtain a troubleshooting report for the network adapter which I had sent at the very start. Mukesh then requested me to enter Dell's website and update my adapter and BIOS's driver when I have informed him that my laptop could not connect to internet or hotspot due to the adapter's fault. I could not fathom how a Dell Support could ask a user to download drivers using internet connection when the said internet connection is having an issue.
After hearing all the ridiculous requests from Mukesh, I have decided that my problem was not going to be solved by him as he clearly cannot comprehend the problem even after an hour. I contacted Dell Service hotline afterwards and was assisted by Ms Fatim who gladly activated dispatch for me after 21 minutes of checking. The replacement of adapter was done the next business day taking less than 10 minutes.
I sincerely hope Dell can look into training more service support staffs to be like Ms Fatim and less of Mr Mukesh as one clearly comprehends the issue and asks the correct questions while the other beats around the bush just to frustrate your clients.

β β β β β Very good experience for my first online order in Dell Singapore's website. My order is shipped on 1 March 2022 and it's scheduled to be delivered on 3 March 2022 9am - 5pm. Very pleased that the item is delivered at 9.37am at the stipulated delivery date. Thanks. They also emailed me the invoice 2 days after delivery. (S/O: 911392765)
