Today I had a wonderful surprised weekend at the Vivo City
Tangs LUGGAGE Department
I was looking around to buy a Travel Luggage where a 2 pretty
Sales Ladies attended to me
They were very friendly patient and attentive
They didnt try to make me to buy BUT rather tried to find out
what I needed and within my budget
They went through patiently explaining to me the various luggage
models that fit my requirements
In fact they helped me to decide without me having to struggle
which one to buy
I was indeed was the best shopping experience I ever had
How I wish SG have more Sales Persons like your 2 very professional
Sales Ladies
One by the name of Ms Angie Quek and the other I missed out
getting her name
Finally I settled for a Pierre Cardin

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely atrocious service standards! Does not keep any parts in stock for repairs. Even the most simple of repairs for wheels and handles, parts are never in stock and have to be ordered in taking months to repair a simple issue! Either you keep spare parts in stock or give up the service agent rights to another more befitting company! Seager was so much better when they handled Victorinox warranty in Singapore!
