Very very slow progress. Poor quality monitoring of work and progress. Poor coordination with electrical works and tiling! One week complete one task (two vanity top). For Two and a half months my house is still not completed

We engaged Design Identity for our renovation works and it was an extremely positive experience. Ronald and Glenn were our Design Consultants and they played an important role in designing a comfortable homely living space for us. It was not an easy project as we did a major overhaul and several points of coordinations were required (paint works, flooring, masonry, tiling, plumbing, electrical). Us being first time homeowners and inexperienced with the process, we received plenty of guidance, advice and support from Ronald and Glenn. They proposed designs which aligned with our preferences while factoring into consideration practicality and cost effectiveness. We received alot of advice on key points to take of before we finalize every design decisions. This created a sense of ownership for us, yet ensuring we are aware of practical aspects. This is an honest firm which does not push homeowners to get unnecessary add-ons but always acts in the best interests of homeowners. Since completion of the project, we have hosted several guests and received compliments about the design. Special shoutout to Ronald who went above and beyond in being patient, professional and managing the project from inception to completion

Long overdue review. I have to apologise to the ID. My ID is Sean; he is the most patient, professional and reliable person who will answer all your queries despite my anxiety to get the work done on time, on plan and perfect. All in all, slightly delayed, but understood given the lockdown, so as a customer, myself I have to understand the unforeseen circumstances and what matters; they were very responsive towards my queries and managed my worries along the way. Also, they provide a progressive payment plan for my Reno. Though it's just my bedroom, I still appreciate that they took every job with care and detail. They also help with the ideas, given my lack of creativity and colours, so yes, he is knowledgeable in his area of work. I will go back to them in future again because I am a fully satisfied and happy customer! Thank you, Sean. Appreciate all your help, bro! Many apologies for this late review. Toilet floor water proofing issues after 2yrs + only, water leaking on the toilet ceiling of downstairs neighbour, inform this company but they said no warranty! Reason given is only 12mths warranty for waterproofing works. Owners please take note of this before sign any quotation given.

Being a first-time home owner, my hubby and I were naturally lost at the beginning of our reno journey. Upon meeting a few IDs, we have decided to go with Jensen from Design Identity, that best fits our requirements in terms of budget and design portfolio. From quotation phrase, the pricing rendered to us was clear and concise, we had the flexibility to add-on or remove works in accordance to our preference and budget. Then it comes to the design phrase, we were WOW-ed by the first draft of renderings provided to us. We merely gave Jensen some rough idea of our preference and Jensen was quick to catch the gist of it and designed our home with style, the outcome was exceptional! Then after, Jensen very patient to make multiple changes until we were satisfied with the renderings (mainly due to our own fickle-mindedness). Next, the actual works are being carried out. From electrical works, glassworks, floorings, carpentry, Jensen gave us timely updates and progress. Due to COVID-19 restrictions some of works were being delayed especially on the carpentry side. However the wait proved to be worthwhile as the quality of works were not compromised, all my neighbours and friends who visited were quick to point this out ? Concurrently, every nitty gritty flaw we pointed out, Jensen was quick to rectify and the handover went smoothly. I would definitely recommend Design and Identify to my friends and relatives.
