★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Engaged Desired Space to install V-fold door for HDB toilet. Quality is alright but the follow-up with Sales Manager JR was bad. Had to chase for updates and eventually door was installed incorrectly which they came back to make it right. It could have been avoided if customer service is prompt and responsive. Other than that, price for v-fold was fairly priced.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst service I have ever come across:
1) No one answers the phone nor replies your text on time.
2) Claimed that their workers got quarantined earlier and they almost could not deliver my sliding shower glass door before the renovation completion. Thankfully they had managed to do so after my relentless reminders but were still delayed for almost a week (on top of the initial 2 weeks waiting time).
3) The glass doors were installed wrongly (one side faces inwards the other outwards) and there was water leakage all over. Photos were taken as proof and shown to them, but they refused to acknowledge that it was their mistake and help rectify it.
I should not trusted them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vfold doors for bathroom and metal door. The doors are fine and the installation is fine. The staff came for installation of metal door is very friendly and put effort to make the installation done. Can see the patience and giving the details care for putting the unit number on the door. There are many keys for metal door and the lock is good quality.
Vfold doors are good.
