★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible service, low responsiveness, and definitely lousy dispatching system. My package ended up at Tuas instead of my office at Defu after 3 days of you guys trying to figure out my address. First 2 days was your local contact, after that he disappeared, yesterday was your CSO from China WhatsApping me apologising for the mistake.
Thanks to the CSO I was able to get an address, name and number from a screenshot she sent depicting wrong address my package was sent to. I told her I would collect it myself despite her telling me she will rectify it. Not her fault really, but I cannot put any faith in the delivery team here anymore.
Luckily the kind lady at Tuas kept the package and we found out that her address was hand written and stuck over my printed address. Other than that all my goods are safe and secure.
Shame on you DEX.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Received no call, no message from recent delivery, not sure if the parcel already placed outside the office door for few days, where office was empty for few days.
If it went missing, is your company responsible for this?
your staff even make the "fake" sign indicated it was delivered few days ago, of course this sign is not even acknowledge by security of the building.
very unprofessional and unreliable, my parcel is well received so the 2 star is your luck, not your service.
your staff should ask if it is ok to pass to security of the building
your staff should let customer knows when delivered by message and what have been done, at least.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Actually this company don't even can receive a star, the worst experience ever. Item has been delayed over a week, no response from them at all. I will not hesitate to file a police report on your company as scams if still no response next week.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Waited whole day for parcel to arrive but only received message at 11pm that parcel will be delivered 2 days later. When questioned, driver came up with lame excuse that vehicle broke down need repair. Not the first time parcel had been delayed. Also had missing items from previous shipments. Taobao has to strongly reconsider their shipping partner.

Sometime you wait for this parcel so long but the thing got lost what do you think you will react

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Would give 0 if I can. You can probably tell how bad the company is based on the other reviews. The parcel indicated my unit number clearly yet it was delivered to another unit of a different level. Not only that, the parcel was also ripped open by the neighbour/or the courier. I received no updates or whatsoever about the delivery as well. Totally unpleasant and horrible experience. Hope Taobao can review and evaluate their sea shipping service with this lousy company.
