★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience! I placed & was confirmed on 4th Feb. for my order online. My things were to be collected on my return flight onboard on 14th Feb. But they wrote via email to me on 13th Feb. to inform me that some of my things are not available & wanted me to find replacement for the same amount of price. How can they do things last min. & expect you to accommodate to them? Terrible service!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My worst experience shopping on Krisshop online web managed by Dfass Sats company. My order was delivered to a wrong flight so I ended buying more at airport as the items were supposed to be gifts. It took a week for customer service to respond on my complaint and their solution to resolve the problem is useless, in mean time I have to cough up Interest charges on my credit card waiting on their refund to be processed.
Please stay away from Krisshop online shopping their service is next to zero.
From what I understand from other reviews this is not their first.
