โ โ โ โ โ My shipment was very slow and it's taking forever to reach me. It was on hold for no reason for 3days. After continuous chat with the agent the agreed to shop it on the 4th day but not sure when I will receive. Really slow delivery.

โ โ โ โ โ DHL is always my first and preferred choice whenever I want to courier something overseas!
Their website is user friendly & so far I have not encountered any problem in using the system.
Their courier representatives are always cheerful, friendly & helpful whenever they come to pick up items from our office :-)

โ โ โ โ โ Mr. Qahl was very calm, patient and helpful when I call to feed back about the collector. He helps me solve problem quickly and did report to the manger as I asked.
And Ms Heong, the manger was very good at listening to customer and explaining clearly.

โ โ โ โ โ Called ahead of posting a package to make sure Iโve got all the documents I need. Went to the drop off point somewhere central with all the required docs and was told that I need to go to the HQ in Tai Seng so they can check on the requirements. What in the literal world is DHL taking me on some round the island tour. If checks are required then when I called the hotline ahead of heading over I should have been told that only the HQ accepts such packages.

She obliged by amending my requested details to the delivery and offered up suggestions for my parcel delivery for safety and security .
