A	Amit Airbnb on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No Loyalty at all ...every penny counts here. They take good care of your $$ not YOU. I write off my deposit paid to them. I have not even test driven any car...not sign any document when I paid deposit as I was overseas. I change my mind as both car smell like dead fish when finally I saw the car, they don't prefer to work with my finance company of my choice as they make less commission - charge me crazy local interest - and when I calculate their exorbitant admin fees and very slow in processing, I change my mind. I even went far to notify them to charge me admin fee and refund the rest (there is 0 cost to them as I never even test drive any car)...but they turn down. I have email the management--no reply.

When I went down, I was told I could only test drive ONE car as it was too time-consuming and tedious to test drive few cars. I told this salesman one week before coming down and he could get the cars ready but he didn’t. I drove for 30mins to get there and could only test drive one car???? Waste my time. The salesman also said many customers would just put deposit without test drive after seeing the cars they like. I don’t know if I looked dumb as a girl or what, this is my 3rd time buying used cars. We know we must all test drive. Not comfortable at all with this dealer and not coming back ever.

We have had great experiences with 2 sequencial car purchases. In a world of pushy car sales people, we were lucky to find this place where we always feel comfortable coming too, and are never pushed to make decisions prematurely.

I have issue with air-con not being cold. He explains to me that there is no gas and also air-corn and air filester are dirty and advisabe me to change. I take his advices and change all. The way how he communicates with me is with respect and treat me really like a consumer. I am very happy with the service and will continue to have my car services in Dickson Auto.

This is my fourth used car purchase in Singapore and this is the first time I felt like as if I am buying a new car, not the used one. All credits to Dickson Automobile for their excellent organizational setup that includes a big premises for both sales & service and professional staffs. Their pre-owned car selection is so good so that they sell only the best used cars in the market. Ricky Eng was very good in customer handling. He was always up to the point, no hard selling, no fancy promises etc. Thanks Ricky ! I will strongly recommend to consider Dickson Automobile if you intend to buy new or used cars.
