★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great coffee. This used to be my favourite Dimbulah outlet in Singapore as it quite spacious and offers outdoor seating as well. But the construction work going on around the block makes that option useless at the moment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good place for coffee quick business catch ups. Depending on timing might be super crowded. Off peak perfect for quiet conversation environment. Staff very friendly and fast. Food simple but designed for takeaway (wraps, sandwhich, cookies, chips, pastries).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went there Mon 4pm+ left with coffee, cakes & bagels. Kitchen was closed around 2/2:30pm. I ordered mocha and chocolate lamington. Friendly service, but mocha and cake just ok.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst service ever, standing in front of the counter for 5 mins and neither of the staffs would attend to even say “wait will be with you”. Whole five minutes past and this another customer just came in, whom I clearly told that I’m queuing, went straight to order and one of the staffs saw me first in line but still took this other person’s order first. What is this really? I rarely give 1 star at all, but this is a place I’ll never visit again no matter how close it is to office.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It used to be a lovely place for great coffee but standards have dropped recently. Coffee was underextracted and bland. My friend ordered a Chai Latte but it was just Clipper’s English Breakfast tea with some bland spices and frothed milk - definitely underwhelming and not the chai latte we were expecting.
