What began as an amiable relationship unfortunately was wrought with false promise and misrepresentation, an unfortunate experience with a company that we had completed servicing and facilitated to their requirements, without charge as recent as a few weeks ago. Ding Yi had requested us to conduct a Public Speaking course for them, and we had facilitated to all their requirements at a very restrained budget after negotiation. Upon delivering the course, Ms Elvia Goh, the general manager reported her dissatisfaction for the course even though it was fully completed and certification was requested. On investigation with the facilitator, there were two different versions of events provided. Regardless, a courtesy voucher at an incredibly generous rate was provided to Ding Yi via Ms Elvia Goh as a token gesture. Suggestions of lack of communication are dumbfounded as throughout, our team has been reissuing new certification at Ding Yi's request throughout. Knowles has been trying to get in touch with Ms Elvia Goh to confirm safe receipt of the voucher and that the resolution was satisfactory however upon calling and messages, no reply has been forthcoming, an unfortunate occurrence of unprofessionalism from Ding Yi.
