We decided to choose Direct funeral Services for our dad’s funeral last Oct 2021 cos we had good reviews from my buddy and her husband about how Direct Funeral team had done a good job in helping them with her father in law’s Christian funeral at a reasonable cost of less than $7k as well. We were on a tight budget for the funeral as we had spent a lot on his cancer medical bills over the last few years so beside the good services rendered, funeral cost is also one of the deciding factors as everyone knows funerals in Singapore can cost a huge sum of money. Fortunately we managed to keep the cost to below $9k for the 3 days Buddhist funeral. Direct Funeral boss, Mr Roland also kindly helped us to get his team to edit a very nice photo of our dad and Arissa, our funeral director was helpful in answering our questions and guiding us on the procedures. Our relatives and friends were also pleasantly surprised about the eulogy service for a Chinese Buddhist funeral. It was a nice gesture, very touching speech delivered by the staff. We would recommend Direct Funeral Services for their excellent services and affordable price range. Thank you very much for sending our dad in his last journey.

Jamie & Direct funeral team, helped me do a awesome arrangement from the start till the ends, without me worrying about anything. And just concentrated on doing my Late father funeral matters, smooth process and guided me through the whole process.

My mum passed away recently and we went with Direct even though they were more expensive than many. The choice was right as they took care of almost everything smoothly during our most difficult moments. The wake was good quality setup and the service is near impeccable. Five stars for Direct Funeral Services - they did a fantastic job in making my dad's last journey a dignified and memorable one. The wake, funeral rites, and cremation went very smoothly, despite bad weather and heavy rain. The funeral assistants were very calm, respectful, and experienced. They seamlessly and empathetically guided all of us through the rites and funeral proceedings. The live band in our package was also wonderful - we were able to send my dad off listening to the music he loved. My dad had loved music and singing all his life. Of course, we couldn't have done without our funeral director, Jamie, who was a gem! She was very sensitive in walking us through our options, which provided a lot of comfort. Jamie was also super responsive and patient while answering our many questions and walking us through everything we needed to prepare for my dad's last journey. We are very grateful to Jamie and Direct Funeral Team who helped us prepare the funeral arrangements for our dear departed mother. Jamie is polite, responsive, patient, and sensitive throughout our difficult period and she and the team guided us through the whole process. Everything went smoothly including the arrangement of the livestream which allowed our close relatives to attend the funeral remotely.

We engaged Direct Funeral Service Pte Ltd and were assigned Mr Dylan Wee as our advisor. He was very polite, helpful and patient towards us. He listened to our needs and took the effort to cater a customized package for us. He provided us the best solution they could provide based on the budget we had and we reached a reasonable agreement. Deployment had to be quick and sudden, which they performed amicably. The construction of the tentage and funeral setups were all done in 3 to 4 hours, in time for our grandmother to return home comfortably. The completed setup looked grand and impressive. During the funeral, services were great, with daily cleaning and trash disposal and prayers in the evening. We were given many options for food and food served was quite good. The final day was very well organized as well, with traffic flow controlled for the send off and a coach service which was clean. comfortable and a smooth journey. All in all, we are very happy and impressed with the total service provided by them.
