My recent tour, night safari was good. The tour company seemed abit disorganized when arranging the initial pick up and transfer to the zoo but the actual tour was good

We went on the Chinatown by Night tour with Joyce and had a fabulous night. The food was fabulous, the trishaw ride exciting and the boatride sensational. Would highly recommend. Thank you .

Absolutely awful, don’t recommend at all. Couldn’t hear the tour guide (microphone faulty), bus stairs were broken and worse of all, the food they provided. Service took 1 hour, and we were only served once other customers had left the store. Will not ever use this tour system again, there are way better ones for a better price and service. Given only 10 minutes in each place, rather go myself. Absolutely horrendous!

Airport transfers easy, quick and on time. Sadly the tours out to tourist attractions we booked wasted far too much of our precious holiday waiting in ChinaTown for the connecting bus tour or in the traffic - we refused our return travel as the time allowed in the attraction was not enough to see everything and would have been a waste of money! Recommend the use of the fantastic Singapore MRT and Buses or taxis or even an Uber to get to the venues under your own steam and entry price is better in some cases booked as a package on site.

What a wonderful time Mike and I had in Singapore and made even more special by Natalie. Our Taste of China tour was fantastic. Natalie shared so much wonderful information and stories with us and, as we were her only visitors that evening, it was even better. Food was really interesting as was all the fabulous places we visited on our walk. My favourite was the little 'alley' we walked through the yummy 'flat' meat. Can't remember what it was called. I highly recommend Buffalo Tours and would also encourage visitors to book the 'pick up' from Changai Airport. So wonderful to be met, greeted in a very friendly way, helped with luggage and pleasently, with interesting information shared, driven to our hotel. Buffalo Tours was a great recommendation, only of many I have to say, from our consultant Steph at Flight Centre Collins Street Hobart Tasmania Australia.

We were a bit disappointed with this company. They would not allow us to change to an earlier pick up time to the airport. The grand prix was on the next day and the traffic was dense. We wanted to be at the airport 3 hours before but arrived after a slow trip 2 hours before. Wouldn't use them again. Our third trip to Singapore

Vietnam (Ho Chi Minh) experience - Seem to be disorganised and overpriced for the service we experienced. Something to keep in mind with this service is that on arriving, you are collected at the gate by the organiser rather than the driver and taken to wait in line to get a driver - unlike other locations and companies where your specific driver is already waiting for you and walks you to their car. Lucky with baby we were given first priority, but even this took a while. On the return to the airport our driver was waiting half way down another street at another hotel. We received a call to the hotel 10 minutes after collection time from someone in their operations team but I couldn't really understand the first part of the message. When we said we are in the lobby of *hotel name* and driver is not here, she kept repeating that driver was at the (lucky - I think?) hotel. I repeated my statement that we are waiting in lobby with baby for driver and there is noone here, and she started to get angry at me like it was my fault. We gave up on the phone call and my husband, along with our hotels concierge, ran down some side streets to check for any drivers. This is when we discovered our driver half way down the wrong street, but he did not speak English so we could not explain that we needed him to drive up to the hotel. We then had to get our 6 bags and baby down the crowded street. I expect a certain degree of communication challenge, so this was not so much the issue, but for the price we paid I would have expected that even being parked down the road, the driver should have come to the hotel door or curb. Collection from lobby/directly outside hotel doors is the service that has been provided at all other agencies and to the best of my knowledge, as advertised and expected of this company. Given the price of the transfer was $60nzd each way in contrast to the $6nzd grab or $20nzd BNT travel (company we used at other locations) transfer, we are disappointed with the service that was provided. In saying this the second driver was friendly and helped us load up the luggage trolley on our arrival to the airport which was greatly appreciated.

We used Buffalo tours to pick us up at the airport and they were there waiting for us We also organised them to pick us up at our hotel and he would have been early but was given the wrong information from the hotel desk staff where we were staying. We would definitely use them again. Both our drivers were happy and very helpful. Thanks for the experience and information. :)
